Request for 'Logs' table #85

Hi,
You introduced lately some logs in attendance description about admin actions 
regarding that player.
Great idea but need an enhancement.

We need another table 'Logs' which will list add admin actions.
This will allow to create a view to list all actions performed by single admin.

Further improvement would be a log viewer somewhere under the setup tab.

Table would be useful ASAP. Log viewer - when it's done :)

I'll schedule this for 1.2.0.
Might also be implemented in 1.1.0 depending on my available time, but will be 
implemented in 1.2.0 at the latest.
