"Switch char" log missing in sign up comments

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Signup on raid
2. Switch to admin account
3. Change the characeter of signup member

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
According to your reply about translation files i should see something like 
"[admin] Switch char" in sign up comment.
Unfortunately nothing is added to sign up comment.

What version of the product are you using? Which browser / php version are
you using?

Ps. You messed up the milestones labeling. Label Found-1.0.1 is marked as 
"uncommon". Last version is 1.0.0 ;]

Already checked this. The string was intended to be used where I said, but I 
removed it because it was not removed when reverting a decision.
It will being use again soon, so I will not remove it.

And thanks for noting the missing tag. Added that one, too,

Fixed in the current trunk the lazy way, will be released with 1.0.2.
Will be working a lot better once the changelog is implemented.
Added no fix package as overlapping with other bugs.
