Finish mystery box impl #65

I am willing to offer support to finish the implementation of mystery boxes. However, I have a few questions. Looking at this list, I compared it to existing code. It looks as though the Weight/Chance setting is already implemented. Does it just need to have a connection to a config file or gui now? Also, I am assuming that the guide in the wiki should be used for the item Extension Setting for multi-selecting weapons.

Sure thing. What things are Zet0r looking for assistance on, or is this just a solo project? I'll have a look through the issues page and see what I can do. If this is the case, please update the read me file so other developers do not waste their time.
