Navigation & Targeting System #8

Provide a system that unifies zombie navigation around the map, and provide support for setting player and entity targeting priorities. Allow extensions and modules, as well as the individual Zombie entities, to adjust values and functions within this area. Support letting extensions modify Navmesh weights individually. Work with Revive System to ensure downed players are never targeted.

I would like a climbable edge encounter hook/call/entity (or whatever y'all call it) to help the ai get over ledges easier. The ai would get stuck hopping in place when jumping onto something that would require a crouch jump for a player.
