Weapon buy placements bug #409

When purchasing weapons (CW 2.0 specifically) from weapon buy placers, the weapon does not have a reloading animation. Apparently, this only occurs in Multiplayer and doesn't have this issue in Singleplayer. A friend who joined in my server also had no reloading animations when buying from the placers so it wasn't just me.

strange. is this after the new update? i have a month old version and never had this problem.
