QoS processing code panics when getting QoS values #22

When compiled with the 1.81.0 Rust compiler the QoS processing code panics when getting certain QoS values. This issue was first observed in the DDS plugin (see issue: https://github.com/eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-plugin-dds/issues/325).
