Is there any way to change some hot keys? #180

I have a problem with predefined hot keys. In my language (polish) we use some of the edit window hot key combinations to type special chars. Is there any way to change them? (ctrl alt [+a, +e, +s, +z, +o, +l, +c])? I've found out the part of the code dealing with this but don't know how to compile the programe afterwards.
