fix: Add note on Zettlr Translate retirement; remove broken url #162

URL started to return 404 after Zettlr Translate retirement.

Hey, thank you so much for getting to work so fast!

Instead of just leaving a note that "The old system is gone now" I wanted to directly provide users with a quick guide on how translating under the new system works. I have, for this, now written a blog post outlining how the new system works: https://zettlr.com/post/internationalization-i18n-for-zettlr

Do you think we could just dump the guide I've compiled there into the documentation ...?

I think this is a great idea! I re-read this section of your blog post and it should fit very well. Unfortunately I can not promise if I will find time to do it in the next days/weeks.

This PR is now outdated, since I've added the entire translation documentation into the new v3.0.0 docs!
