Should now fix the conversion to and from numbered <-> bullet list.

If the selected text is not a list, then it will be converted to a bullet list using the desired default. If the list is mixed, it will be cleaned up based on the 1 bullet item. *,-,+ will convert to unordered list whereas number will convert to ordered list.

Ignore this request @Zettt I've got an updated one that fixes both list macros.
