Expand NFC card support to handle Boltcard spec #1299

Zeus is preconfigured on the bitcoinize which only makes sense, if it supports boltcard. This is a bummer for merchants and should be higher in priority after all these years it exists. The "NFC" button implies it does support it, NFC voucher cards are not a use case as boltcard is.
