App asks for PIN instead of biometrics when navigating from POS #1481

Describe the bug

When biometrics is enabled, app is locked and user tries to navigate from POS to e.g. Settings, it asks for PIN instead of biometrics.

pertinent flag here is attemptAdminLogin - maybe we can get by without it
