Tx shown as failed went through #2467

Describe your enhancement idea

I tried to make a tx from one node to another of friend we both using zeus connected to our nodes, the first try it showed a message of failure, then there was this "try again" button I clicked and failed message again. But both txs went well. On the sending zeus app there's not tx outgoing on the receiving zeus app, threre's one tx with 2x the original amount. image

What failure message is show? If it says timed out, sometime the payment is in transit and can still succeed.

Perhaps we can improve the message there and add a way to track though.

could you provide your LND version, ZEUS version, and backend interface?

LND 0.18.3 Zeus 0.9.1, but alo happening in the previous version LNC, via lightning terminal

@soc7 could you provide your Lightning Terminal version? are you using a prebuilt node platform like Umbrel or is it your own deployment?

latest version: $ litd --version litd version 0.13.4-alpha commit=v0.13.4-alpha-dirty

my own deployment.
