Tickets with plus one #544

Add the possibility to create tickets with an plus one. Plus ones should have a title (Prof./Dr./Ms./Mr.) and a name

In the check in it should be possible to search on the plus ones name instead.

So we have multiple options:

  1. Add these fields to the registration and have one ticket for both
  2. Add option to form but create two separate tickets in the controller.

Option two is the better one.
