Use html editor to write emails #701

@TomNaessens I didn't use the form_fancy_text_area helper but used it's contents. I couldn't get the helper to work.

@TomNaessens Sadly the tests are broken. They are broken on master too. Don't see how :(

Another occurence of https://github.com/ZeusWPI/Gandalf/issues/458, I've reran the tests
