Add option to disable multi ticket purchase #82

For some events (like a beer bowling with limited places) people should not be allowed to purchase tickets for their friends but only for themselves (1 ticket per person).

shouldn't people in general only be able to purchase one ticket?

A nice option would be to be able to buy a ticker for you and your friend(s). But in my opinion, that's a wishlist feature.

We can start by only allowing one ticket per person and keep multi ticket purchase on the wishlist.

Making everyone buy his/her own ticket is a lot of effort when you plan to go to an event as a group. If one person can buy the tickets for the whole group (and enter every person's student number when buying), you make this process smoother.
