Visualizer pipeline

Overarching issue. We want to allow many different types of visualizers. To allow for flexibility the following pipeline should be implemented:

• Logs should be wrapped in a control structure #206
• Logs should be converted to an internal state to analyse and do client side stuff. Also because the states should be kept in the client. #207
• Messages should be sent to the visualizer in such a way that anything can be used as visulalizer. There should be a loopback to allow for state control. #208
• An event handler should implement the loopback #209
• A new default renderer for planet wars that abstracts as much as possible for other games #210

In order to complete this issue, a lot of changes are required, with some more pressing than others. I think it would be wise to start working on the new webGL rendering backend first, and then implement the neat-o event-based loopback. As for the logs, I'd say this is very low priority.
