Play 'not enough money' sound when order does not go through on koelkast-view #191

Right now, this is a tiny red popup, which most users don't look at. This causes Zeus to lose money

I vote for @timodw (or the current penning @klaasg) to record something screaming at the users to pay their debts.

Does koelkast have a speaker?
