Set Content-Type header in mails #252

As recommended by the lettre docs: https://docs.rs/lettre/latest/lettre/message/index.html

Should hopefully fix the mailing list mails not rendering well on some clients.

Seems okay right now, idk if there are other specific characters you want me to test?

Should be enough I think, those were the characters giving issues in previous mails.
