Broken/transformed/invalid items in pool #16

When Mystics Items is installed, broken (apple stem, frayed bow) and transformed (marwan's ashes upgrades) will appear in the pool.

With Teammate Revival Charon's Obal, which is exclusive to a specific gamemode, can spawn in the pool as a green item.

For now we've disabled the ghost apple and bow from mystics but we still have upgrades for Marwan's Ashes spawning and Teammate Revival doesn't have a dedicated config for disabling Charon's Obal since it's supposed to be a gamemode item.

It would be really appreciated if there could be a blacklist section of the config.

I'm also noticing that scrap can end up in the roulette pool, it may be due to a mod conflict but it's still frustrating and could be resolved by a manual blacklist config.
