Scavs will have the entire item pool at their disposal, however when they die they drop all items they have. I have been unable to fully confirm, but my suspicion is that those items dropped will ignore the constraints set by this mod. With that, I want to add a config to either keep that as is, or have the scav drop the same number of items they have, but those items can only be dropped from the limited pool that the player has access to.
