Add train.py file to project repository #1

I noticed that the project repository seems to be missing the train.py file. This file is typically used for training models or performing training-related tasks.

Due to its absence, I'm unable to proceed with further training or understand the training workflow of the project.

I would appreciate it if the project maintainer could add the train.py file to the repository so that I can conduct further experiments and learn more about the project's training process.
