Announce using Zeroconf #110

Would be nice if swiftp would announce itself on the network using Zeroconf. 
There is pure Java library (jmDNS) for this purpose, and supposedly working on 
android (http://goo.gl/sDKg).

Dave, I will try to implement this and will report back to this issue.
