Unable to access HTC Wildfire on same network that Motorola Cliq worked fine on #147

I recently upgraded my phone to an HTC wildfire, and I have been trying to load 
up the apps I had on my previous phone.  I never had a problem on my Cliq with 
getting Swiftp up and running, but this Wildfire will not allow me into the FTP 
server.  I have tried both the WiFi URL and the global proxy, and receive this 
error: 
"Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly 
and that you have permission to access this folder.
Details:"

The Details section is blank each time.  I have turned off my firewall, my 
antivirus, and have tried it on both my laptop and PC.  Nothing works.
