Unable to connect through 3G proxy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to connect to phone through proxy (3g)

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

Brings up login/password box but will not let me login after I enter the 
correct credentials

What version of SwiFTP are you using?

1.23

What operating system are you using?

Windows XP SP3 / Android 1.5 HTC Eris

Which FTP client are you using?

Windows Explorer

Which Android device do you have (Nexus, Droid, Hero, G1, etc.)?

Please provide any additional information below.

Proxy address is ftp://egjry_aand@c1.swiftp.org When I go to the address 
the login box pops up but it won't let me connect. Verizon firewall issue 
maybe? LOVE THE APP!!!

Closing. I just confirmed by email that the user wasn't entering the prefix as
required. It would be nice if there were some way to make it more obvious.
