General unicode support

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.transfer file with chinese name to G1
2.normally display chinese file well with computer
3.use astro file manager overview files which has been transfered before can 
not display 
correct file name

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

chinese name file can be support well
What version of the product are you using?
1.11

What operating system are you using?

1.5
What FTP client are you using?

winxp
What do the server log and session monitor say around the time that the
error occurs?

This does not seem to be a problem with SwiFTP. I can upload a file whose 
filename
and contents are both in Chinese. I can copy this file onto and off of my G1, 
and it
is identical after the copies. The problem seems to be with this user's tools.
