error 425?

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please include as much detail as
possible.

when I login to the experimental proxy server I get this error:

Command:    LIST
Response:   425 Error opening data socket
Error:  Failed to retrieve directory listing

username and password are accepted.  I'm assuming its because I'm not on a wifi 
network and using Sprint's network?

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

allow the system to work, but it will not.

What version of SwiFTP are you using?

newest

What operating system are you using?

windows xp 32-bit

Which FTP client are you using?

filezilla

Which Android device and version do you have (Nexus, Droid, Hero, G1,
etc.)?

I am trying to do this over Sprint's network with my rooted Samsung Moment.  It 
has noobnl's Radioactive ROM on it, found here:

I have starred this to follow updates but haven't seen/received any.

I have same exact scenario. Only variance is I'm not using a custom ROM on my 
Sprint Samsung Moment. I am using the "stock" Sprint provided ROM of Android 
2.1.

Same FTP Client, Same OS, Same Error, Same Exact Issue Overall.

Additional Info:
The SwiFTP Server (1.24) states the Last Error was "proxyConnector pasvAccept 
failed"

Same as first post but on non-rooted Samsung Galaxy Spica using FireFTP 
(Firefox module extension)
