This PR attempts to ensure that OverPy remains up to date with the live game. In particular,

New strings have been brought in for the th-TH and tr-TR languages
All GUIDs have been validated
Lifeweaver's passive has been removed
Custom game settings related to Bastion's A-36 Tactical Grenade have been updated
Mercy's passive name has been updated (Regeneration -> Sympathetic Recovery)
