中国地图数据链接虽然两个都可以访问到链接的网站，但是数据已经下载不到了

公众号的数据应该还可以在后台要一份。最近有一些专门获取中国地图数据的包： getchinamap (https://github.com/yuanzhoulvpi2017/chinamap) cnmaps (https://github.com/Clarmy/cnmaps) 应该会比自己准备数据要方便，感兴趣的话可以试试👆

最后一份代码里的 map_funcs 是哪个库里的，在 PyPI 上没有搜到相应的包

我后来把 map_funcs 里设置刻度的函数和常用的 shp 文件放到了 frykit 包里，想直接调用的话可以用 pip 装。不装包的话就是文中的代码。
