Allow imsdroid phone calls directly from the Android system phone application #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?

If I do a call from the Android Sytem Phonebook imsdroid is not used

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A dialog which asks if the phone call should be done by GSM/3G or imsdroid. 
This way it would't be neccessary to manually open imsdroid, to do SIP 
phonecalls.

This would be great!  Android won't let you make SIP calls unless you're on 
Wifi if you use their "Settings -> Call Settings -> Accounts" interface.  IMS 
Droid lets me use my data connection if I want to.
