Lag Sound

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. SIP Provider : sip2sip.info
2. One Galaxy S I9000 & On Computer under Windows 7 
   We use the GSM and H264 Codec under IMSDroid
3. SIP Software on PC : Ekiga 3.2.7 - On Samsung Galaxy S : IMSDroid 1.0.32

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Video calling works : 
>> On the Galaxy S : The video is correct, The sound is correct with a Delay 
(1,5 - 2 sec)
>> On the PC : The video is correct, The sound is correct without Delay

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung Galaxy S under Android 2.1-Update1 
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with Ekiga 3.2.7
