Always Disconnect after call connnected for 15sec or so

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Place a call or receive a call
2.After call connected
3.around 15sec call disconnected, IMSDRIOD signout automatically

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Conversation Duration should be unlimited. But my call last not more than 20sec

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung Galaxy S I9000, Froyo JPH

Please provide any additional information below.

Off course there is no limitation on the call duration.
Could you please send the wireshark capture file?
Which SIP client are you using?
