H264 profile 1.3 #92

Are there any plans to support H264 profile 1.3

The client supports baseline profile 1.0 up to 3.0.
Do you have any problem usin bp 1.3?

The system I am testing against supports 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3.
It does not support 2.x and 3.x.

The IMSDroid supports base protocol 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0.
I want to use CIF but if I select H264 base protocol 1.0 this is QCIF.
If I select 2.0 on the IMS Droid then my system responds with 1.3 as this is 
the best it can do and no video is shown on the Driod.
So it looks to me that the IMS Droid does not support H.264 level 1.3 or if it 
does how do I select this over 1.0?

Base profile 1.0 will only be QCIF. To use CIF you must select base profile 2.0 
or 3.0.
Base profile 1.3 will be downgraded to 1.0.
