Refer to the documentation, faculty name should only contain English

Dear Tester,

As stated in our user guide, "A f/FACULTY can take any value in English, but should not be blank.". We do not disallow the input of chinese characters in the faculty field. Hence, the command is working as intended, and we reject this bug.
