We think that the help message is too long and will be frequently updated in the future. So we decide not to put it in the UG.

Reason for disagreement: I think it will be better to put the expected outcome of help and update it in user guide if there is any change. Otherwise the ug might be a little bit inconsistent as some of the section has expected outcome and some does not.
