Update The Shire Army List #6

The existing The Shire army list needs to be updated to meet the new points, characteristics and other features for this edition. AoTLotR, pp. 16-23

Need to move Gandalf The Grey (or at least his profile and special rules) to main and add as Hero of Valour in this list.

Will create Dúnedain in main list as well.
