Make Rankings a button instead of a main tab

People said that adding it as a main tab is useless so here is a button version, place where it fits with the CallMethodButton part in Overview.xml, I put it below the quest tracker.

It could be used as a level/exp display when the security tokens are re-enabled.

Hmm not sure if want. Doesn't really fit in to have it on the overview page. Its not really in the way for most people really. I mean I hardly use the construction page at all, doesn't mean it needs to be moved.

I'll sit on how it is for now.
