Test vector corrections & update API names #8

This PR [1] updates API names to match the current naming convention and [2] modifies test vectors.

Planned Changes:

[x] Remove historical reasons test vectors
[x] Use normal-looking scalar & point values whenever possible (instead of small values)

~Improve the readability of the CSV file (Fixes #9)~ ~Add new test vectors~
