optional_restore_rogue_poisons.sql #266

Hi. Thank you for your great module.

After completing the quest Klaven's Tower and possibly Hinott's Assistance (horde), the player is added the ability to create poisons. It is not functional and does not open the poison creation menu. Poison sellers also have reagents to create them.

optional_restore_rogue_poisons.sql was not added to the database. dbc files and client patches were not used.

I believe that if optional_restore_rogue_poisons.sql is not used, then both the ability to create poisons and reagents for poisons should not be added to the game.

Thanks for the bug report. Vendors having the reagents is known, but players shouldn't receive the poisons skill unless the restore poisons sql had been run - the quest reward change may be in the wrong SQL file. I will look into it.
