Remove all of "Striking Back" from `quest_xp_table.sql` #295

All of these were 10x their normal xp rate, except 1 which was the same. I'm not sure of the purpose of keeping a quest in this table if it's the same rate (I don't believe this quest was in vanilla anyways), so I removed it from the table.

It works great now, without this change you get 10x the intended for all the quests in this questline except the last one.

Thanks for the PR. The quest XP values come from Vmangos, but this quest series indeed does not exist in Vanilla so I'm not sure what their data source was.
