Update item_changes.sql - pvp insignia fixes #392

Several pvp trinkets were not yet updated

because of this several insignias had no BuyPrice and SellPrice and their ItemLevel was incorrect. it should be ItemLevel 0. in WotLK the ItemLevel changed to 60
