ERROR: could not access file "$libdir/odbc_fdw": No such file or directory

How can I solve it?

I had two versions of postgres; I removed one and now I got this error message:

ERROR: could not load library "/usr/pgsql-9.3/lib/odbc_fdw.so": /usr/pgsql-9.3/lib/odbc_fdw.so: invalid ELF header
