No image shown for deletion of task in month view [UG] #13

It was only mentioned in the user guide that "the behavior of the program would be same in the Month View as well". There was no following images or explanation of what that behavior entails.

Do not assume the reader has the same level of knowledge that the developers have about the program and its functionalities.

Team's Response

If any further screenshots were to be added it would cause the UG to become unnecessarily repetitive, and most users should have decent understanding without the use of repetitive screenshots.

Reason for disagreement: In my opinion, a user guide should be instructive and foolproof. Hence, it would have been better if at least a brief explanation was given. Simply stating "the behavior of the program would be same in the Month View as well" seems to lower the quality of the UG.

Let me give an example of why the above line is not ideal. Suppose a reader once to understand how the Month view part of the program works and he clicks the link that brings him/her to the section on the month view. Then he/she sees the line "the behavior of the program would be same in the Month View as well". This may cause frustration on the part of the reader, and it causes the sections between the UG to have unnecessary dependencies on one another, which should be avoided if possible.
