Inadequate information about event task format #4

There was no guide to help the user enter the event start date in the correct format within the program. Although this was mentioned within the user guide, it can be troublesome and an inconvenience for a user without access to the user guide when he/she is using the application.

It is expected for users to have UG, furthermore if the user adds in incorrect format, the program will show the correct format that should be input by the user.
