The purpose of manual testing if for users to be able to test out certain functions of the application. In this case, the specific steps to download, launch and use the application is already detailed specifically and accurately in the UG, along with the expected outcomes and UI display.
The DG thus provides the link to the UG for the specific instructions, as well as the available commands to be used for testing by developers. This is consistent with the information provided in AB3, except that we provide a more comprehensive overview of all the available commands to be tested.

Reason for disagreement: The AB3 DG Instruction for Manual Testing section is way more detailed than this DG while the AB3 UG is not less detailed than the UG provided by this team. If adding a link to UG in DG's Instruction for Manual Testing section is sufficient, why do we even need an Instruction for Manual Testing section at all since there is a Command Summary section in UG that list out all the commands? I do not think adding a link to UG is an excuse for having a not-at-all detailed or comprehensive DG Instruction for Manual Testing section.

The Instruciton for Manual Testing section in DG is too brief and not comprehensive enough compared to that of AB3. This causes inconvenience for testers.
