Fix install.ps1 Invoke-WebRequest parameter name "o" ambiguous #1

Hello,

I had some issues with the current install.ps1 which I think are mostly related to PowerShell Version 7 and beyond, specifically having to provide explicit Parameters (which is also best practice).

Added some convenience features like being able to skip downloading and extracting libraries.

thank you SO MUCH! I was planning to rework the script myself, but I am not really friends with PowerShell. Your script looks amazing, I'll take a closer looks later!
