Here, Sarah is a doctor, and she can also be a patient. However, it can not be added.

The severity here is high as user can not use the product if such case happens.

Team's Response

For this product, we do not accept a person that is both doctor and a patient at the same time. This was stated in the UG. The severity should be low as it is unlikely for a doctor to be a patient. Our features are optimized for a person having a single role so allowing a person to share 2 roles would require higher effort.

Reason for disagreement: The bug type should be FeatureFlaw, as it lies within the design of the product image.png

Here the design should allow a doctor to be a patient also (reason stated similar below: Every person has chance to get sick, and it is more convenient to get medical treatment from the place they have connection with or at the place they are working (the medical treatment is right near them), hence when debating about the likelihood without data backing up, I think it is "likely").
