Added group project Foodie description in README.md.

Added Prototype folder as mockup.

Feel free to review.

I don't see the "mockup" yet in the repo, please submit when you can. The idea seems reasonable powered by the Yelp API. By the way, feel free to download this yelp client which acts as an example of how to access data from yelp. We will discuss networking and api access in the next class tomorrow. Let me know if you all have any particular questions!

Great, thanks for putting that together. Gives me and hopefully you a much better sense of the project scope.
