On/Off if the feature should be available (In the mod menu)

Two of these are identical.. Why?
If its turned on in the mod menu, obviously it should be on all the time.
Can you remove the need for the keybound one please? I dont want to have to turn the feature on everytime i load a game, if its allready set to On in the mod menu..
