Changes to paragraphs, keybindings table, others #48

A few newlines were replaced with paragraph breaks. Keybindings are now on a table, have proper keyboard formatting and names. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numeric_keypad and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keyboard_shortcut Mod description slightly simplified. A few grammar fixes.
