When following the steps to build and run the docker file attached in the repo, we face issue in running the image, the issue is No module named 'models'

This project is dependent on the openvino environment and is deployed on Intel x86 devices. So before we use these enabler, we should setup our openvino environment first and put these project to the correct place(As the REAME said).
